I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for such an amazing and mind-blowing experience I had with you as a coach.  I hate to pause our coaching, but I have to take care of myself, my family, and my businesses before continuing with more sessions, which I know I still need. 

I enjoyed so much our sessions because it opened my mind to find out more about myself and realized how much I needed to love and care for myself, so I can take care of others. 

I never told you this, I don’t know why, but there was a moment during one of the sessions when I thought, I don’t agree with Misty.  I don’t think I should do that and thought about stopping the sessions.   

But afterward, I realized that you were DAMN RIGHT!  You provided me with the tough love ❤️ I needed to get my life together and get rid of the extra stress I was putting on myself.  I worked way too hard to be giving things away for nothing.  It’s not been selfish.  It’s self-love, appreciation and commitment to making life better for me, my family, and others around me. 

Thank you so much for opening my eyes and making me realize that I needed to think about myself first.   

Tough love is received only from those who are your true friends and people who really care about you. 

I have no doubt of your beautiful heart, your business expertise (I admire you and your husband for all your accomplishments), and your passion for helping other women who like me forget about ourselves and place the wrong priorities first.

Key takeaways from our sessions: • The only thing you can control in this life is how you react to situations. You cannot control your parents, partner, friends, etc. feelings and actions but you CAN control yours • You are able to accomplish anything you put your mind to as long as you’re willing to put in the work • Results do not happen overnight. Even if it feels like progress isn’t happening… small progress IS progress! • Perfectionism doesn’t exist • When people are rude to you (during cold calling) it has NOTHING to do with you. It is a reflection of them. This was huge for me because I now apply this to all my relationships and interactions with other people. If they are rude to me, it is much easier for me to brush it off. Their reaction has nothing to do with me. It is a reflection of how they are feeling about themselves. Again, the only things I can control is my actions and feelings about the situation. Anything else you would like to share I have really enjoyed getting to know Misty the last 6 months. She feels like a sister to me. She was always warm, welcoming, and supportive – no matter what I was going through. She is also one of the smartest women I know and is a GREAT person to know in the Houston real estate world!”
